It's an app that "visualizes" how the money you save by resisting a habit — or the money you earn by working — grows second by second.
For example, if you decide to "stop buying your daily coffee" and register it, the money you save grows on screen every second while you resist. Watching the numbers tick up moment by moment makes "keeping it up" fun and rewarding.
There are three main features, switched using the tabs at the bottom of the screen:
"Saving" and "resisting" are hard to keep up because their effects are hard to see. We thought: what if you could watch the amount you resisted spending — or the money you earned — turn into a number and grow right before your eyes? Wouldn't that make it easier to keep going? That's the idea this app was born from.
We deliberately avoid expressions that incite a gambling-like mindset, such as "prize money." Instead, we value letting you feel good about how your own effort itself becomes value and accumulates over time.
Q. Is the money that grows in the app real money I'll receive from the operator? A. No. The amounts shown are numbers that "visualize" the value created by your own resisting or working. No cash, points, or prize money is paid out by the operator or the app. It is not a lottery or a sweepstakes.
Q. So how should I make use of this money? A. The "money saved by resisting" is simply a visible result of your effort. If you actually want to save the money, we recommend turning it into real action — for example, moving that amount into your savings or a separate account yourself. That way, the number on the screen stays with you as real savings.
